But is this really the case? Do you have to meet 100% of a job posting&#8217;s requirements. Are you competible to your dreamjob? And why can this belief hold you back in your job search?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Understanding the Job Market<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before diving into the question of whether you need to meet every requirement, it&#8217;s important to understand the job market&#8217;s dynamics. Job postings are typically created with an ideal candidate in mind, but that ideal candidate doesn&#8217;t always exist.
