Reduced sunlight, routine, daily chores. All of this can cause what is known as autumn blues.   &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In which motivation drops, it is easier to become depressed, tired and have a definite drop in energy. <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/6581756\/\">Studies<\/a> show that many people experience seasonal affective disorder, which can affect motivation and mood during the fall and winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, autumn does not have to be a period of stagnation. On the contrary, it can be a great time for reflection, personal growth and making positive changes in life. The key to overcoming the autumn blues is to find ways to stay motivated and take care of your mental and physical health. This is the time to set new goals, explore passions and nurture relationships with your loved ones. By doing so, we can not only get through the tougher times, but also come out stronger and more motivated.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are some proven strategies to help you stay motivated and positive during autumn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. set goals and make plans<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Start autumn by setting specific goals. This could be personal development, learning new skills, or completing a long overdue project. Setting goals, taking care of your health, organizing your time and nurturing relationships are key elements that will help you get through this time with energy and enthusiasm.
