That&#8217;s exactly what the hidden talents of employees are &#8211; a resource that often goes unnoticed, but which could bring huge benefits to the company.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nowadays we hire people for specific positions, give them clearly defined tasks and&#8230;. and that&#8217;s basically where our knowledge of their capabilities ends. And yet, each of us is much more than a professional resume! We have hobbies, passions, experiences from previous jobs or studies that can prove extremely valuable to a company.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Companies that are able to spot and use these hidden talents gain a real advantage. Not only do they save money on recruitment (because why look outside for someone who already works for us?), but they also build more committed teams.
