Effective use of employees’ potential is one of the most important tasks and challenges facing every leader. Employees involved in the affairs of the organization determine its strength and generated competitive advantages.
The aim of the training is to provide its participants with knowledge in the field of techniques to reach the internal psychosocial conditions of team members, which underlie their positive motivation and commitment. Participants of the training will learn how to arouse, develop and nurture positive motivation of subordinate employees in accordance with the principles of teleological thinking, co-creation of reality, responsibility and providing feedback. During the training, issues related to personality types, the level of employee competencies, and the selection of the appropriate management style that allows employees to be proactive and not reactive will also be discussed. Motivation models and their impact on employees’ attitudes and behaviors will also be presented during the training.
