Introducing
Introducing Krzysztof Dzioba

‘From law firms to corporates, scouting and non-profits, I have always been fascinated by building teams and developing high-potential people. Working with clients from a range of diverse industries or passionate community leaders, I have always focused on practical impact, concrete knowledge and effective skill development.’ Krzysztof explains. Krzysztof Dzioba is the newest addition to the Get2Grow team. He will join the team as a personal grow and development trainer and specializes in training companies. He has a lot of experience in this field and many years of academic lecturing and business familiarity behind him. He was looking for a team of like-minded professionals. He believes that fate often brings together people with similar values, ambitions and drive. ‘This time was no different’ , Krzysztof adds with a smile.

‘Every project is a task to unravel, a unique puzzle requiring knowledge, skills and commitment.’

Working with a client is not just about conveying information, but a fascinating dialogue, finding new possibilities together. And this makes it a unique experience each time, based on the individual needs of both parties. ‘It’s impossible to get bored with this kind of work and that’s what I like most about it’, Krzysztof says.

‘Every business is different, and the experiences involved shape exceptional leaders and managers’

‘That’s why I start every new project I get involved in with dialogue’, Krzysztof explains. He says the key to success is getting to know each other, understanding where you can help can provide a new perspective. He likes to give practical tools to organizations. ‘There are too many professionals who treat their clients like first-year students, uninspired, ready to listen to presentations as if they were revealed truths. What matters between professionals is dialogue based on respect and a willingness to cooperate. And this is a principle I always adhere to.’

‘There is no single key that opens every lock. And that is why I rely on flexible and creative solutions.’

In Krzysztof’s opinion each new project needs to be adapted to the needs of the client.  These challenges require an individual and creative approach. His attitude to work has always been built on a fascination with the subject. He is not afraid to say that his curiosity for new challenges have been pushing him forward for over 15 years. And it only gets stronger with time. ‘There is nothing more fun to complete a challenge successfully.

The best advice he has ever received was during his days with the Scouting. It was during one of the Scouting’s mountain expeditions. ‘I was young and the challenge ahead seemed impossible. I will never forget my Scout leader turning to me and simply saying ‘Go on’. It gave me the courage to complete the task. This slogan accompanies me in my professional and private life. For me, there are no situations that cannot be passed, bypassed, or jumped over. Today, being a father, I say the same thing to my children, and I look with pride at the road they have travelled and am at peace with how far they will go.’

One thing that might surprise you about Krzysztof is that he is one of the heroes of the #FacesMensa campaign and probably the only active lawyer, lecturer and comedian in Mensa Poland. [link] Besides that Krzysztof has an interesting hobby. He likes to build LEGO sets. Taking advantage of being a parent of age-appropriate children for the past few years, he has been able to indulge himself in collecting and assembling LEGO bricks. Krzysztof says it brings him peace of mind and a creative way to unwind. ‘Whether I am assembling prepared sets (the largest to date with over 1,800 pieces) or creating imaginative vehicles, robots or castles, I have a great time and give my and my kids’ creativity an outlet.’

‘Stress makes me work harder. I use it as fuel.’

‘The stress I face on a daily basis is the stage fright before a speech, the tension of a new project, the need to make quick and decisive decisions. This ‘stress’ turns me on, makes me work harder, be more creative, adapt. I don’t want to reduce it. I use it as fuel,’ Krzysztof explains.

You can’t be on high alert every day. So, to reduce stress Krzysztof has several tips he would like to share. When he is looking to calm down, he cooks. From Lorraine pie to homemade ice cream to burgers and cauliflower pizza. He loves to try out new recipes and refine the ones already tried and tested. The kitchen is his microcosm. ‘There is  always something new to discover.’
