• You have at least 5 years of experience in the transport industry: in container transport, port transport and inland terminal processes;
• You are up to date with the latest developments in the TLS sector (competition, market trends, legal aspects);
• You have a passion for sales and a very good knowledge of import and export processes;
• You are fluent in business language and know at least one foreign language at a proficient level: English or German;
• You have at least 5 years of experience in managing a team of more than 20 people;
• You are ready to travel abroad on business trips to Belgium;
• You believe that working closely with the team in the office and actively engaging in daily activities are the keys to effective management.
- Full responsibility for the financial results of the transport department;
- Optimisation of operational processes based on data and cost analysis (including salaries, assets, fuel, etc.);
- Selection and implementation of a transport management system (TMS) to streamline operations and increase team efficiency;
- Developing long-term strategies in close cooperation with headquarters;
- Managing diverse teams, supporting their development and building effective cooperation between individual departments and functions;
