- Possess strong knowledge of mobile application architecture and software design principles.
- Have a solid understanding of backend technologies and DevOps practices.
- Have experience mentoring developers, leading a team, or supporting the growth of other engineers.
- Are comfortable making technical decisions and taking ownership of their implementation.
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Are proactive, independent, persistent, and solution-oriented.
- Speak and write both Polish and English at a minimum C1 level.
Your duties:
- Take ownership of key architectural decisions and drive the development of mobile solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for iOS and Android applications.
- Define quality standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and help remove day-to-day blockers.
- Collaborate closely with the PM and CEO on project planning and execution.
- Lead technical discussions with clients and represent the company in external meetings.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for products and the mobile team.
- Support the professional growth of team members and foster a positive team culture.
- Actively leverage the training budget and promote continuous learning initiatives.
