Acting in accordance with the provisions of labor law is the basic duty of the employer. Failure to comply with labor law can lead to financial penalties, court proceedings and image problems as well as difficulties in building a motivated team of employees.

The aim of the training is to provide its participants with practical knowledge on the application of labor law in everyday professional activity. Its participants will learn about the types of contracts and the possibility of their use, specific contractual clauses and minimum requirements for an employment contract. During the training, issues related to working time will also be discussed, in particular working time standards, overtime, holidays, or working time in a shift system. The issues of dismissals and terminations will also be discussed – procedures for dismissing employees, collective redundancies, termination of employment contracts. An important element of the training will also be the subject of remote work and related requirements.
