Your duties:
- Development of new and modernisation of existing production formulas for construction chemicals for the flooring industry (self-levelling compounds, putties and screeds with various technical properties);
- Research, analysis and study of alternative raw materials for production;
- Research and development documentation;
- Analysis of the quality of raw materials, finished products and production packaging according to defined procedures;
- Participation in complaint procedures and statistical statements;
- Participation in technical discussions with suppliers of raw materials.

- A degree in chemistry, construction or materials engineering
- Practical experience in a laboratory
- German or English language skills to enable you to communicate freely
- Ability to organise own work, accuracy, availability and determination to achieve the desired solution

- Job requires occasional physical effort in order to handle test materials in compliance with current health and safety regulations
