Your duties:
- Work in the field of recruitment of professional drivers and lower-level employees.
- Control of incoming applications, conducting preliminary interviews with candidates, assessment of competencies.
- Running current administration and documentation of the recruitment process.
- Active search for effective solutions in the field of promotion in order to reach the best candidates.
