After many years of working in large corporations, Radek decided to work in a family company based on values. There are few organizations that truly appreciate people, their individuality, commitment and skills. When he became involved with BAM Works, he discovered that the company met many of his expectations. Radek: “For me, what matters is positive energy, work-life balance and attitudes based on partnership and trust. GET2GROW and, more broadly, the BAM Works group is just such an organization. This is because it is created by people. These are the reasons why whom I decided to join our team.
Radek is the head of an ambitious group whose goal is to make every work environment a happy, but also profitable place. To this end, he and his team created Get2Grow. “When a company comes to us with an employee problem, we look for a creative solution. One that will provide freedom of action.”
But what really drives Radek? Where do these creative solutions come from? “I am interested in many things, for example history – especially medieval and modern times. In my free time I read books on 20th century philosophy.
There are many things that can be learned by studying great thinkers. Radek uses this knowledge and metamorphoses some ideas . “If I manage to rally the team around a common goal, I consider it my personal success.”
Additionally, Radek finds his rhythm by practicing karate, playing the piano, dancing tango and salsa, and finds peace in lonely trips to Africa. Recently he started learning Dutch, broadening his horizons.
